Free Wi Fi was pretty good. Enjoyable base for a trip in Bangkok...

Place was actually ok, it's clean, the people running the place are nice and their english is ok. However the room I was in was really small with very few accomodation, just one bed, a tv set, but no chairs. The wifi was actually working. Honestly for this price, it's a good deal, but don't expect a five star accomodation.

Location
poor services, dirty room and very bad tv signal.
-
Place is new and staff friendly although poor command in english
Toilet was clogged and problem never really solved in the 3 days i stayed
-
locations is excellent next to sky train station, nice neighbourhood, staff friendly and helpful
the towels and bathmats really need replacing. they are almost falling apart, so often have they been washed lol. also the building works next door start very early, also in the weekend!
-
great value for money. Very friendly staff. amazing location. Cant ask much more for for the nightly rate I paid.

The only saving grace of the hotel were the staff. They are smiling and ever helpful.
No bathroom door latch and to top it all, a smoked glass full size see-thru to the bathroom, from the bed !! You can see your companion or room partner do anything and everything in the bathroom !! Do the management cater to "Peeping Toms" sort of clientels only? Everytime I think about it, I feel like kicking the management right between their legs ! The breakfast is horrible too, I think Thailand poor-homes provide better ones. Locationwise, I hope it is in one of the lousiest place, not easy to find. In totality, my stay at Nantra was a complete nightmare !

I stay one night, but I change my rome three time : 1- first room the water entered to my room when the rainy weather . 2- second room I found ant in bed , 3- third room good but I think it is need to clean

new hotel and location is nice.
price is high.

Mainly it is colse to the bts sky train and in a tourost area. It is a modern place, From the airport you can catch a train with only one changeover and when you get down its ony 3 mins to the hotel.
Room I stayed had lot of damages, broken Formica and the edged of the window was not completed still rough, Bed sheets had marks, The ac vent outside is noisy which kept waking me up, ac in the room was not strong enough, didn’t cool the room well enough. All male staff was good and all female staff was good except for one, she didn’t know how to smile and when we ask a question she just tried not to answer and rude and kept on looking at the computer screen and answer most of the time while looking at her mobile.

the location
there was a glass wall going into the corridor with lights on all night should be put something to cover

This is a relativeley new hotel but some rooms have not been looked after. Room 401 had a pleasant view of trees in back garden, comfortable bed, excellent shower with hot water and pressure but the shower cubicle needs scrubbing to remove some grime and black growth. A good cleaner and some elbow grease will work !! Strange that the room safe is not screwed down to anything, so anyone can just walk away with it in a bag !! Internet worked well. Breakfast was basic but then we only paid Euros 31.13 for a double de luxe room through Booked.net for one night . Near to Prom Pong station on the transit system and lots of Japanese restaurants .
Dirty grimy shower. Poor selection at breakfast.

Location is excellent! Only few mins away from the sky train and right in the middle of food area(esp. Japanese!) the room was clean and the shower has shower&soap dispenser. Even the room (I booked) has no windows, but there aint any unpleasant smell.
Seems its normal practice that the key card wouldnt work for the first programmed. I need to get mine re.programmed because ''it was wrong key, said the reception...but other 2 couples who check in after us had same exact problem. U wont get towels unless u ask for it. Breakfast is continental which is only tea/coffee/fruits/toast and cereals. The room has giant moles..
-
location is good and room is new and clean
do not suggest the economy room because of the room height is so short
-
